Hello to all our wonderful volunteers!

This page contains all the up-to-date Policies and Procedures that are relevant to volunteering with us at JRP, whether you’re baking, driving, talking with the women, meeting them in prison, speaking on behalf of the charity, or anything else.

The first list contains all our core documents including a short form to say you agree to them. The second list contains our safeguarding policies, procedures and paperwork with a second short form to say you have read them as part of your safeguarding training. Please either fill out these forms or contact us at admin@jerichoroad.org.uk to say that either you have read and agree to them, or if you have any questions or concerns.

Finally, there are two further lists of other policies that relate to your day-to-day volunteer experience, as well as our wider policies relating to the project as a whole. Please take some time to read through each one, especially those relevant to your role(s) as a volunteer.

The next section of documents relate to Safeguarding. The policies outline JRP’s overall approach to safeguarding, whilst the procedures show you what to do in the event of a safeguarding disclosure or incident, as well as what will happen following your report.
